"She was so nice, talked with more than just my taxes, etc. Service was absolutely wonderful. Just wish I didn't have to pay such an outrageous amount in fees. I'll say about 65% of my tax refund was taken away in fees and I'm only getting a small amount back. I did get $50 today for getting their debit card but I would've loved my $450 instead. Being honest, I'll probably never come back due to how outrageous the fees are that the company didn't make clear. I understand a fee and charge because someone else is doing it for me but if I'm barely getting $800 then it should be a certain percentage for amount. I'm only getting around $250 out of my taxes. The fees are not worth it even if the service was amazing! I didn't have to wait or anything. Just filled out some paperwork and that's it."
