"I did not have a good experience with Julie Calderon! Very low energy & unprofessional. Took a phone call with another customer in my face for 10 minutes during my appointment. Then, in the midst of talking to me, answered the phone again and sat on the phone for 3 minutes ! I left before even filing, waste of time! Will look for a better service elsewhere."

"I went there for a technical issue and while the office is a separate entity Shondale was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to call someone who could provide assistance and he extended his time. I would have let their corporate office know but it appears HR block when they have any tech issues they ensure customers are limited in their ability to voice concern. Anywho Thanks to Shondale"

"Just go to the West Hartford office! Especially if it’s your first time. I’ve been trying to get in contact with this office to sign off on my tax documents after I dropped them off with Joanna on Feb 14. 5 days later and I am still trying to sign off on these documents after they scheduled appointment times then canceled and rescheduled 5 different times without even notifying me. Today I called and a specialist named Andrea answered but she had no idea what was going on because no one communicated with her. I’m sensing a pattern. At this point I just want everything back to get help elsewhere and I can’t even do that"
