"I love, love Costco!! Costco gas station included!! If ever I write a book about my life....Costco will be in it! Great products! (-minus the rotisserie chicken, tastes strange, texture is off) Door greeters are nice and friendly, especially the lady with the Carribean accent!"

"I work at an Amazon warehouse and keep my membership at Costco because I believe there is a reason for retail to exist in numerous forms. An online retail experience is often pleasant, sometimes informative and usually tailored to a customers needs. Unfortunately my experience at Costco is just the opposite. the management and,/or the employees refuse to manage the experience at the registers. Members invent their own lines and skirt around the products in order to cut in front of the other patient polite members. I spent my day angry at the experience, and angry at the members that feign innocence as they ruin the experience for others. More of my business will go to online retail so that I do not have to have my weekend polluted by the horrid self-serving behavior of other Costco customers. Costco management, you own this."
