"Unprofessional!! i dropped off taxes on Friday for a Tuesday of the following week pickup. I received no phone call so I finally called on Thursday..... nobody in the Trumbull location even knew I had dropped off my paperwork... how is this possible? If you can use a tax product do it. These people are untrained everyday people that plug numbers into an H&R Block labeled software program same as you can do with other software.... their protection guarantee..... make sure you ask a bunch of questions about that as well because if you need to use it you will be as surprised as I was.When I was told I could come pickup my paperwork that hadn't been worked on in 4 business days I also had to wait for over a half hour before someone could pull it out of the cabinet it was put in from day one. Another piece of advice...be careful with your tax information I was able to pickup mine without showing any identification.... that's really sad."

"Refund check just came in the mail. I received only 40% of what I was quoted. Quoted, as in walked out the door with hand written figures by Michelle next to a stapled business card. This office will not pick-up nor return any of my phone calls or voice mails. We just had a newborn and were depending heavily on this refund. If you need your tax return done and quoted correctly. Do not come here. I feel scammed and mislead as a customer. The difference from what I was quoted to what I received far supersedes the amount I paid for these "professionals" to do my taxes.. Others I know have had success with HR Block. This Trumbull office does not seem to run the similar customer friendly professional business. If you choose to use HR Block, please take some time to look at some other offices. The gas you will spend is worth what you will save from having your taxes done right or by being misled by this local office. They market professional help at a reasonable price for the average American. Get you in the door, give you a quote and charge you 400+ in fees to only get your return and find out you would have been better off with TurboTax. If you want to pay $400 for "professionals" to mislead you with quotes and numbers to only get crushed and ignored when the actual return comes. By all means. This is the place for you."
