"Very friendly and curious to my tax needs"

"Ended up owing. Didn't do too much to help. I mentioned I had businesses and nothing was done or suggested with regards to deductions. I ended up paying for each return and owed $900, when I know I had a lot of expenses from the business, which again they didn't help file. I'll just go back to turbo tax and doing it on my own with help if needed. Wasn't worth the drive, as I was hoping for some sort of guidance."

"If u have a smooth return and want to pay a fortune for something u can do urself....I highly recommend this place. If u don't want Sherri Cruz to leave u hanging as soon as u have an issue, then ur not goin to like this place. I was left hanging when someone else had claimed my kids. When asking her my options to contend the issue I was never responded to...... horrible experience to say the least. Filed myself in half the time, and zero stress. Turbotax is where it's at ppl. Do urself a favor"
