"I just filed my taxes at the hr Bloch office at 650 West Avenue Norwalk CT. It was very expensive for simple returns. The pricing was not addressed beforehand and not discussed after the taxes were prepared. It was only reported once completion and it was very expensive When I called afterward the female office manager who did not identify herself was very unprofessional and rude. She blamed me for not seeing the prices posted everywhere which were not . Had I known I would have left. I informed her that I am filing a complaint and she was very obnoxious toward me. I would never recommend hr Bloch because of its unprofessional behavior and I now doubt their ability to file my taxes properly."
