"I don't understand how there are so many good reviews for H&R Block. The woman who did my taxes has the title of "Master Tax Advisor", but incorrectly did my stock options and neglected to ask about something as basic as a 529 for my kids. The result was them saying I owed $2500 more than I should've. I'm going back to doing my own taxes, apparently I know more than a "Master Tax Advisor" I called their support number to request a refund of my tax prep fees and they even messed that up, closing my case as a duplicate even though I only called once. Stay away! Do it yourself online and save $300 in fees, or find an real accountant that knows what they are doing."
