"I've come here for the last 3 years never a problem there's always professional employees working but today had to walk out and take my business to Jackson Hewitt as when you walk in you don't know who's an employee or customer as everyone dress as if they at the mall all dress down then the lady who tried to take care of me I guess didn't know how to add dependents cause when she asked if any changes from last year stated yes adding a dependent she said you can't do that asked why she said cause you can't you was suppose to call the irs and tell them before coming in to h and r block which I said are you serious cause I thought she was playing but she was serious so then I said I'll go to Jackson and before I can say Hewitt she said goodbye and slid me w2 papers to me and walked away..hire people that want to work not people there for a pay check that don't care about the customers"

"After 5 years with them Ana Morgan comit fraud in my taxes and use wrong codes just to make us feel good witha good refund. The IRS are now making us pay around 9,000 because of her mistake and they only pay the interest of 1,800 because with did not pay and insurance of full liability. I never knew that you can pay someone to make fraud to the IRS and give you trouble! This is the worst company because they do not honor the loyalty of their clients and not take accountability of their employes mistakes. Even the manager that help to tay fix the problem say that was very sorry. Now my dream of giving a little home to my kids fly away just because HR Block commit fraud in my taxes."
