"I like going to Stop and Shop but the Seymour location is a nightmare to enter and exit since the entrance is at a four way intersection on a very busy road. The self checkout is a nightmare since if you don't put your item in a very specific small spot after you scan it, the whole procedure comes to a halt and you need to find an attendant to fix the problem; this is a unique problem in my experience and one that needs to be fixed."

"Can you please get a few more baskets and/or some of the smaller sized carts I see at other locations? And the self checkout area could really use a sign or something in addition to the floor marker to show there is only one line… it’s unclear, and people mistakingly cut the line all the time, the employees don’t say anything when it happens and it’s very irritating for the regular customers who know how it works."
