"Marketplace 32 by Price Chopper is excellent! We went walking around and found many items were very reasonable, considering the prices at other supermarkets. We found one item to be more expensive than 2 other stores (not bad, 1 item!). Next time I'll bring my camera! Oh yes, the folks that worked there were very kind & helpful. Especially since today was the first time opening! We definitely decided to stay here for our shopping needs, unless things change... we hope not!"

"Worst customer service ever!! Not only in the bakery department especially when you call to order a cake and the lady on the phone has a rotten attitude, no customer service skills what so ever, was very rude, so I politely said never mind and have a nice day and hung up, I could've been way worse but not going to let someone like her get to me, if you don't like your job than do something about it, ordered my cake from stop and shop instead. Had no assistance with helping me set up an appropriate time to pick up a cake early in the morning, she was incredibly rude. Also, in the checkout lines they don't even bag your groceries anymore for you when you bring your own bags. I guess it's not just here but everywhere for that matter, but customer service absolutely sucks!"

"I’m sorry but this place is a nightmare. I’ve lived all over the US and have never been witness to a store of such poor quality . In fact I have made it a point to stay away from this location, but as I only needed one item I went against my better judgment, and came here. Looks like they are putting lips stick on the pig (remodel). We would be better off all having bacon."

"Used to be a great store. Prices went up but quality went way down. The bakery is the only department that I've never had an issue with. It seems like we are paying for this remodel but continue to stock their shelves with rotten food. On multiple occasions I have bought produce and had to throw it away as soon as I take it out of the bag because you take a closer look and it's rotted or moldy. The butcher does not know what they are doing anymore. So many times I've tried to get meat there and it's either so torn up it's useless or it's not even the type of meat it says it should be. Ground beef has also been put out that is old. The prepackaged deli meat is often a day or 2 past the sale date. Ive brought this up to a manager before, but not seen any change. My husband just went there last night as a quick stop to get something on the way home because it's near our house. Bought a pack of mission wraps and got home to make lunch and had to throw them away because the wraps were covered in mold. Gross and tired of spending money to throw things in the garbage the same day"
