"This bank is ridiculous. Extremely slow tellers. One person working as a teller while there is a line to the door. Everytime come here I spend at least 20 to 30minute in line. Incompetent slow people. The worst part is that there are managers and other workers just walking around. Not even bothering to take on a spot to help move the customers along. I'm never going here again."
"I was an incredibly frustrating at this bank. I had a time-sensitive task of making a transfer to another bank, and I walked into the bank at hoping to get it done quickly. However, as soon as I entered, I couldn't find anyone at the customer service desk. It was quite perplexing, so I decided to walk over to the teller for some advice. The teller was kind enough to guide me in the right direction, suggesting I try doing the transfer through online banking. Feeling hopeful, I went back home and attempted to figure it out myself. Unfortunately, I couldn't make heads or tails of the online banking system, so I made the decision to drive back to the bank and ask for assistance. Upon returning to the bank, I had to endure another 30 minutes of waiting time. I understood that they were busy, so I tried to remain patient. Finally, it was my turn to approach the person ( Melissa ) who had become available. But instead of being greeted with a friendly demeanor, Melissa gave me a rude look and spoke to me in a condescending tone. I felt extremely uncomfortable and wondered why she had been so pleasant to her previous client but treated me with such disrespect. I couldn't help but wonder if it was because I was being too sensitive or if there was another reason for her behavior. Feeling disheartened, I decided to speak to the manager about the incident. However, upon reflecting on the situation, I realized that it wasn't the manager's fault, and there was probably little she could do to address her coworker's rudeness. I questioned whether it was even worth giving feedback, as it might not lead to any resolution. I do want to apologize to the manager Wendi for me been angry toward her because of her co worker. It wasn’t her fault at all. I’m sorry Wendi for everything today. Today's experience at the bank left me frustrated and disappointed. I hope that in the future, customer service can be more consistent and that everyone is treated with respect and kindness, regardless of the circumstances."
"They should take America out of the name. There’s nothing American about this bank. Inconveniently open from 9 to 5 to help blue collar job workers not cash checks. Don’t worry though, if you manage to get out 15 minutes early and make it there before they close, you’ll more than likely run into a failed transaction if you didn’t bring along a treasure map to your account, proof your a human, and a rare feather quill to sign."
"Had an appointment at 10:30 AM to have a document notarized. Arrived on time, but notary was busy and was told it would be a half hour wait. One of the managers looked at the document and denied it over a technicality (page number at bottom). I took the document to another bank and it was notarized without issue. This was the second time I had problems getting a document notarized at BOA. I'm seriously considering moving my diamond level account to another bank."
"The WORST bank! They only have 1 teller 9/10 and the other managers or whatever just sit in the back. Lines are out the door while continuing to only have ONE person. Ridiculous. I’ve been in line for 30 minutes and still not have not been assisted. What a shame. ** I can’t respond to the comment below. I’d never personally bank with BOA. I only go there on behalf my my job to drop off deposits & get change for the store! Each time this is the same issue."
