Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"This Bank of America location is extremely convenient for UConn students. However, I have never had what I consider to be a friendly and welcoming experience here. For example, I have come in for cash and check related matters and have been told, "You can go outside and use the ATM for that". What if I had wanted to make a withdrawal of smaller bills that are not available from the ATM? Additionally, the hours are unreasonably minimal and I was almost never able to find a time when they were actually open for me to visit."

"Bank of America is very disingenuous with customer care. When I made large deposits of 30K or more tellers were very excited with offering me different tiers of my account. When inquiring about an increase in my mobile deposit limit was given information unrelated to my inquiry. While I can understand about profile structures, they definitely feel quite opportunistic. Now is definitely a time to shop around for better service."

"Why does this branch office close all the time. It's match 1st. Please explain. Why. And if you are no longer offering week day service in the bank there. What we do to change"

"Most locations are open until 1pm on Saturday, however some close at noon. That is incredibly inconvenient!! And has made my entire weekend inconvenient! This is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. The lines are long and there are only one to two tellers no matter what time of day or how busy they get. The employees are friendly but the BOA policies are terrible. I will be quite happy when I can switch banks on Monday."

"Slowest bank that I've ever banked with. Been here 5 times now and every time there is only 1 person working at the front desk. I was advised to make a debit card online since it would take at least an hour here to process it. This is the second time I've come to get my debit card and i made an appointment in advance and am still waiting 30+ minutes as I'm typing this. If slow service here continues I will definitely be switching banks to across the street to First Niagra without a doubt. This is obserd and it's not just me, there's always at least 3-8 people at a time waiting in the chairs."
