"Called to check inventory on a drug that is in shortage nationwide. Guy said he couldn’t tell me if it was in stock until my doctor sends the script there. So you’re currently wasting my time, and now you want me to waste my doctor’s time? Also, every other pharmacy I’ve called for the last year has been able to tell me. So I think it’s more that these people are clowns."

"If I could give 0 starts I would the lady begin the western union always ignores the people that are next it does not matter if you speak Spanish or english she ignores you. I just needed to buy a money order but I had to lived because not like them I don’t have all the time."

"I was standing in line waiting to be called on , and a spanish speaking lady just walks up to the counter and begins a transaction, the lady working the counter didnt prompt her I was next , they kinda both just ignored me until they was done. Then she ask's if she can help me. And suprisingly she has such a attitude. I thought it was just me, but as I read the reviews, I see if you dont speak spanish you dont get treated right here."

"The girl who works behind the Western Union area is the most rudest individual! According to this app their Western union doesn't close until 6pm. Well,I went there today approximately 5:15 and before I can go to the counter she stated "everything is already shut down". Not a hello greeting.......nothing! Then I hear her coworker speaking to her in Spanish then she says to her "you are so mean" and they both laughed as if my time wasn't wasted. If she can't handle custom service I suggest you put her somewhere in the back. Otherwise if your Western union is closed earlier than the time listed,it should say so!!! Unbelievable!!!!!! I would never.....EVER COME BACK HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!"

"Am I able to give No stars? If I could, I would. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. First time experience with this pharmacy and certainly will Be last. I called up to check on a prescription and the woman who answered the phone not only sounded agitated and unconcerned from the time she picked up the phone but immediately placed me on a 10-15 hold without even mentioning that she was placing me on hold. THEN I expressed my displeasure with the pharmacist who eventually picked up the phone and he showed very little interest or concern in the poor customer service experience that had just previously taken place. I have a prescription discount card which he very impatiently explained that they don’t accept. So all of this was for nothing. So I cancelled the prescription. JUST CANCEL THE WHOLE STORE WHILE YOU’RE AT IT! Rude people get no respect from me. Learn some proper customer service skills or give up your jobs to someone who will!!"
