"Ordered fuses from web site. Got them quick. Photo of what I recieved. Called and asked about them was told 'we only sell new product' Asked for a refund - got a RMA the same day. The same day I got an email letting me know they has some 'new in the box product' Insisted on a refund. Had to call a week later to check on it. Got my refund. Do not trust what I am told either via email or on the phone."

"Ordered panelboard trim from them. Trim arrived all bend up . Called and talk to the "professional" name Chris. What a tool that guy is! He told me that he can help me if I be nice to him, that I have to call UPS and file a claim ,that he can order a replacement from GE but no guarantee. I have asked for my money back and if he wants me to return cover-he refused both. Very unprofessional, rude and nose is so high that he drown in the rain. Stay away!"
