"They have filled dispense-as-written with generic, then the insurance said too soon to refill. They have waited until I was there to ask me did I really want to fill such an expensive RX, ok, come back later. When it was on auto-refill, not enough to fill the RX. Here are a few, come back Friday. They also told me my Insurance declined it because they submitted to my old insurance although they had the new. They are very busy, and usually have a line. The people seem nice, and you can shop while waiting, so 2 stars."
"Save yourself time and choose any pharmacy other than this one within 10 minutes. They'll overcharge you, short you in quantity, and even when you're able to speak to the pharmacist they won't follow up or call you back. Not an issue for me, however they don't accept health first which is under medicaid."
"Extraordinarily incompetent pharmacy techs and pharmacists. Every single time I need to pick up my scripts, they leave one out, mess up the dosages, or make picking them up in general extremely difficult. This has been ongoing ever since I began using this pharmacy. I no longer intend on getting my scripts filled here, which is a shame because of the close proximity to my house."
