"The best, most beautiful garden center I’ve ever been to. I spent nearly 2 hours there figuring out what I would like to buy on a busy Mother’s Day afternoon. Even though they were busy, there was enough room to move around for everyone. The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. It was a perfect visit. I can’t wait to go back. I’ve saved this place for whenever I’m passing through CT."

"I’m super disappointed in this place. My fiancé had booked the Mother’s Day lunch, which was advertised as a Mother’s Day event. He did not notice in the very fine print that the event was being held the day before Mother’s Day. We showed up on Mother’s Day and no event was being held. The girl at the register abruptly told us the event was Saturday, and not on Mother’s Day, and that we wouldn’t be getting our money back. It was completely false advertising, and I’m left with a really bad taste in my mouth now because of it. I will not be coming back here, and I’m so upset that this is how today went."

"I absolutely love this business and it has only gotten better over the years! Whether you’re looking for a new indoor plant or vegetables for your garden or to landscape your outdoors they have a little bit of everything! They also have a store that also has a bit of everything, over the years we have bought a swinging bench, bird feeders and seed, pots and garden tools! They have a great selection of plants as well! Recently they got 3 goats and created a small playground for the kids! They have some interesting stuff for kids to play on and I love the fact that I can bribe my daughter to let me look forever at plants and then we will play! The staff is also the best! They are kind, generous and knowledgeable and I love going to visit everyone there! I will forever be a loyal customer of Designs By Lee! Keep up the great work guys!"
