Guys check it out then load it up for you. Bring it back. Guys unload it. I had a question about which type of thrasher was better. Jay told me he had only used one type and that most customer preferred that. I appreciated the honesty! They check everything before the send it out, and they run you through operating instructions. Have never had anyone be less than efficient and thorough. And I think generally, this biz category isn't so much that way. Everything I've rented has worked perfectly. Yesterday was no exception. It's a convenient location. Easy in. Easy out. Prices are fair."
