"My Dr office sent script to old pharmacy hours away. I kept expecting it to be filled. My & My Dr mistake. Always answered phone, extreemly polite, wonderful group of pharmacist. I tried to be cool but waited a week for my Dr to figure out why my pills weren't at walgreens, Worcester, they were at bi y spencer lol. Now it's funny not then waiting on pain medicine. P s Scott toilet tissue 50c prices are great too."

"They need more help in the Pharmacy. They never answer the phone. If you need help and can't drive because of health reasons that makes it really hard. I've had them hang up on me multiple times before I get through on the phone. I've been on hold for over an hour trying to ask questions about my medication. They've messed up my prescriptions more than once and caused me delays on getting my medication. I have a developmental disability and need more help understanding things sometimes and have had them hang up on me in frustration because I need extra help. It is demoralizing and I dread having to interact with the pharmacy staff."

"I've been shopping at Walgreens for over two decades. My family gets their prescriptions filled here. They have a great selection of candy and snacks. Around the holidays, there are a lot of stocking stuffer ideas. Also, the cosmetic section is reasonably priced, and they have a ton of brand names to choose from."

"You guy should trained Filamina again before putting her to work. Undertrained staff who doesn’t know what the hell she is doing is wasting everybody time. She had my medication in her hands and couldn’t check me out and asked me to come back the next day. Seriously ?!?"

"My prescription was called in at 11:30 so I got here at 12:30 and they told me it will be ready in about 25 min. When I returned 30 min later they told me again, it’s not ready yet, but it will be about 20 min. I feel sorry for the pharmacy techs and the pharmacists who work here because they clearly aren’t allowed to staff for their volume. It’s a sad state of affairs here. Picking up my script here is the thing I dread most out of the month."
