"Having my deceased Mother's 1040 mailed to the IRS versus electronically submitted has caused an extended delay in finding out if the federal IRS even received it as well as the anguish caused by not being able to contact Langdon and Langdon to discuss resubmitting the information electronically. They have not returned messages, are not in office although their automated system states that they are open, and thru their secretary have refused to help when asked a month ago. As executor I will probably have to go to another tax preparer or our attorney to figure out what to do in order to complete my Mother's estate."

"I have been going to these guys for years for my taxes . I have noticed over the past few years not only has their customer service gone down hill , but their people skills in general. When I have to call you and get attitude to find out if the stays of my tax return ... no thanks. Your not the only game in town. They don’t return calls. They don’t let you know when your tax return is ready to be filed . Seriously. How many times do I have to call to ask you to take my money and prepare my return. This year is the last of our 10 year relationship. Tired of subpar customer service . Other accountants will be happy to call me and everyone I talk to back ."
