"Do not recommend. After constant problems getting correct meds filled I changed to another pharmacy. Several times a month I told them not to automatically fill as I would call them in when needed yet they still filled them. Some they filled too soon & others didn’t fill on time & ended up going without till it was straightened out. They were refilling meds I get as needed every month even though told repeatedly not to fill them! I even had to explain to insurance that the pharmacy was filling things & not me as they couldn’t figure out why duplicate meds were being requested for refill at same time. It’s been a month since I told them I do not require their services as I am going to another pharmacy & they are still calling me about filling meds without authorization. I will not go back there & don’t know when I can get this terrible experience from this store out if my life. Worse experience with any business I’ve ever experienced!"

"Went here to pick up a few over the counter meds and get my Covid and flu shot. The staff is very friendly and great prices. I had a great experience and will be coming back for all my vaccines."

"Always some kind of miscommunication with them. I go to pick up my medication knowning my doctor called in my prescription and they told me the doctor did not call it in yet. They call me to tell me my prescription is ready for pick up. I go there and I have to wait it's not even ready. I'm going to be looking for another pharmacy today!!"

"I have been using Rotary Drug for maybe 3 years now for all of my medications and when they're good, they're good. In the beginning, they were a welcome change from Walgreens. But in the past year or so, it's been unreliable to the point of experiencing withdrawal symptoms from my meds. This med being filled too frequently, the other not frequently enough. Going every other day to pick up much needed medications to be told they're not ready, they need to be ordered, the doctor hasn't gotten back to us even when I have tangible proof from my doctor that they sent prescriptions to the pharmacy in the last 24 hours. Multiple times I've gotten calls that a med is ready only to be sitting in the chairs waiting for them to be filled on arrival. Having the same conversation every month about my dosages and justifying why my medications need to be filled. My doctor having to write manually that I have refills authorized because Rotary's system will say I have no refills available after only filling one month's worth of a prescription. I am normally an extremely patient person and give people the benefit of the doubt, but when these situations happen month after month even when my doctor and I make adjustments to our parts of the situation, I feel like my health is not being taken seriously. The 5 star reviews aren't wrong, but so aren't the 1 star reviews. Rotary is a total hit or total miss."

"I have been using Rotary Drug for over 15 years and they are by far the best around. Everyone there works super hard and go above and beyond for me and will for you too - that's just the way they do business. I could use one of the many, many pharmacies in every store on every block and be treated like a number or I could use Rotary Drug where they not only know me by name, but they also know my medications and history.
