Walmart Pharmacy

"Have always been Happy with Putnam Walmart Pharmacy, and given five stars. But all of a sudden I no longer get texts about refills? And this last prescription was denied by the doctor. I wasn't notified by the pharmacy until I went to pick up my prescription! Now down to two pills. I was told to go see the doctor. Would have been nice if I was notified when it was denied!"

"The head pharmacist, the gentleman, has always been helpful and not made me feel like a bother. I went yesterday and Ashley, one of the techs, treated me like I was frustrating her... I had asked a question and she told me to go to the drop off but I was confused so I asked again. She then got red, flustered, and spat out that she couldn't see anything and to go to the drop off window... I felt so shocked, she was upset I asked a question. I have ADHD and anxiety....so I APOLOGIZED bc seriously have never been treated like that...I seriously understand retail sucks, but I work in retail, and that was not polite to snap at me. I don't appreciate it."

"Never had a problem so far and I've been using Walmart Pharmacy in Putnam CT for over 10 yrs now. They answer all questions promptly and help find a product when I can't find something myself. Always polite and courteous. Only negative thing I can think of is; I wish they were open later on Saturday and Sunday."

"Everytime I went in for my medications there was a problem. Wrong stuff, not available until tomorrow, no refills...all problems that could have been addressed by phone or text. Instead each time I waisted 30 miles of gas for the disappointment of a problem. I am gladly switching back to CVS. They have a drivethu and know how to use both phone and text to accomplish the proper result. Good riddance to Walmart pharmacy!"

"Their incompetence staggers me. For a year they continually messed up my prescription. Every month I fixed the problem but they would mess it up again the next month. On top of that, they were rude on the phone, spoke to me like I was a child, and copped an attitude. I have been more than patient with these buffoons. I am done."
