The place is ultra clean. Although they are very busy, they still take the time to make sure you have everything you need with your order. Thanks again to Derek and Liam for going the extra to make me and my crew have an awesome lunch."

"Since my last review it seems all the employees have been on their A game! The food is always fresh and filling. A giant sub feels like a giant. When you go to the Waterford store their giant feels like a regular. The employees have been polite and friendly! Thank you for upping your customer service! I will keep coming back for these delicious subs!!"

"Not a fan of the service. Placed an online order to be ready at 2pm. I arrived early at 1:45pm and my sandwich wasn't ready. That's fine I knew I was early. What bothered me is they didn't start making my sandwich after the customers already in the store were taken care of. I stood there for 20 minutes until I had my sandwich in hand at 2:05pm. They continued to make sandwiches for customers who arrived after me for 20 minutes! I could've ordered in store and been out within 5 minutes and that was with waiting for the customers before me. Cashier was nice though. Good dude. Hence 2 outta 5 and not 1. Edit: And I go to eat my sub and there's no double meat... down to 1 stars"
