"Size 35 battery is small for 2016 Toyota RAV4 LE and wiggles so not safe. Went to the Napa store in Southwick MA and the “lead/manager” said: Bring the car and we can check another battery and no money Involved only exchange product, he suggested the battery and I replaced it and it fitted perfectly. After I replaced the battery and fitted perfectly the lead/manager said oh “ I need to do a return process first and you buy it after” you said no money involved? Oh I can’t do it!! I was like so you did bait and switch??"
