"Mom's pcp sent over an order for DME. I called and they said they take Aetna Medicare for meds but not DME. I called Aetna Medicare and they tell me the pharmacy can bill it to them out of network, my Mom's benefits are the same. I call Manchester Pharmacy back and tell them, Pharmacy says we only bill in network, we can't bill out of network. I tell them, no, you choose not to do it. They say i can pay out of pocket and bill the insurer. Isn't that a service they should do? I get it, chasing the insurance reimbursement is hard. But that's part of the business they are in. Not happy with this."

"I absolutely love this pharmacy and the amazing staff who work tirelessly to make sure I ALWAYS have each and every medication I need filled an dss ready whenever I have needed it to be. They work with me when I've moved to many different places. Each time with a new delivery address. Never a problem. Although it has been 10+ years since I have lived in Manchester (when I 1st discovered this hidden gem) but I have never even considered switching from this wonderful and trusted absolutely pharmacy for another one. Maybe closer, or they stay open longer and have Sunday hours that would definitely be a lot more convenient for me. But I have NEVER and WILL never even consider that option. Manchester Pharmacy is MY PHARMACY & when it comes to my medications and general health and well-being - im TRUST them to keep me safe and healthy- working w/ all my doctors and their recommendations. I cannot sing enough praises for this establishment. They are simply the best I've ever seen or experienced. I'm blessed."

"Did not get great service here. The DME person I dealt with really didn't seem to care at all and had little consideration for me on crutches. Had to coax information out of him. No delivery of scooter which would have been enormously helpful. The shop was messy. It just seems like a place that has a captive market with the hospital right there."
