"Matt gets 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Everything else about this pharmacy gets zero. The lines are long and very slow no matter what time we go. The associates are usually rude and clearly hate their jobs. Refills sau they're ready on the app, but cannot be found by the associates. Not a pleasant environment to pick up your medication. Take the extra time and go to any other pharmacy, because not even Matt's greatness can fix this place. Back story for those interested: My son has had asmtha for years and up until this past year, the Walmart prescription process has been easy. He has a monthly inhaler, a quarterly nebulizer solution (as needed) and tri- monthly pills (90 day supply) Recently, his inhaler prescription refill process has been a literal nightmare. If I refill on the app, it goes into the abyss but no one knows why but all other family prescriptions work fine. So I have to call that one in separate - not a huge deal but very inconvenient. When it's time to have the refill extended, which due to insurance purposes is every 3 months, it takes 3-5 DAYS of calls to the pharmacy and doctor's office because Walmart always claims they're waiting on the doctor. This last time I scheduled an appointment to try and resolve this prescription nightmare and physically watched the doctor call in the refill authorization. When I went to the pharmacy a few hours later to pick it up, they claimed there was no authorization yet. The associate tried to dismiss us but I asked to speak to Matt and he miraculously found the authorization and refilled it right away? My son requires his inhaler as basically a matter of life and death. The anxiety it causes or family to be without it is not worth dealing with pharmacy. I gave Walmart a year to resolve their issue but after 2 ER visits and the doctors office requesting we switch pharmacies or doctors, their incompetence left us with no choice. And our new pharmacy? Third month and first refill with no issues. He hasn't been without his inhaler since."
"My child was sick with the flu and was prescribed medication. His insurance wasn’t going through and because it was a holiday at the time of my visit, I could not reach the insurance company to correct the problem. The pharmacist that worked with me quickly called the insurance company for me and resolved the issue preventing his card from going through- something no one at the other pharmacies and doctors offices I had visited today even offered to try- He not only saved me well over $300 but he also made sure I went home with the medication my son needed as quickly as possible. I am inexplicably grateful for the kind people that work at this pharmacy."
"Sloooooooow, but great prices! I still don't understand why everyone has to go to lunch at the same time! The only pharmacy that I've seen that actually closes in the middle of the day, for lunch! I'm not quite sure when they choose to fill the prescription that the doctor calls in, but it doesn't seem to be the same day or even the following day. I made the mistake of going in the following day expecting everything to be ready. NOPE! Nothing was ready. I'll never make the mistake again, of not calling first!!!"
"Absolutely horrific. If you have time-sensitive medications GO ELSEWHERE because they 1) never have enough of your medicine, 2) take LITERALLY 5 HOURS to NOT fill the 2 prescriptions the dr sent over during your appointment and then it's too late and they can "have it for tomorrow," when it was sent in at 2PM! OR 3) can hurry up and fill it while you sit there and watch. Ridiculous! I called at 3:45pm to inquire about an order of 3-4 prescriptions, I was told 1 was READY, 2 were BEING FILLED and 1 needed a call to the dr. No problem! Asked them to have the 2 that were being FILLED, BEFORE 4PM, READY FOR 6. NO PROBLEM! Cool! Husband comes home, 1 prescription. I call to ask why, they say because they're "playing catch up due to a system whatever," um.... but my prescriptions were being FILLED 3 HOURS AGO. Why is 1 now not done and now you don't have enough of the other, but you can have it for TUESDAY?! I. TAKE. THIS. DAILY. IT. IS. THURSDAY! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. And it's consistent behavior. It's EVERY MONTH. This is not an isolated incident. The woman I'm unfortunate enough to speak to most of the time is just plain rude. We're moving ALL of our prescriptions, around 20 total as a family to another location. We frankly don't care where anymore"
