"Pharmacy— there were two that were actually good. Only see the one black lady now, who is nice. The others don’t need to work in a customer facing environment, AT ALL!"

"They don’t fill your prescriptions when you order them online. They’ll wait until you come into the shop to start it. They’ll leave you on hold for a full hour and then the lady will be rude as possible answering the phone. When I said I’d been on hold for so long she cut me off and said “Walgreens pharmacy how can I help you”, instead of letting me speak. Absolute worst customer service of any pharmacy around here. Avoid."

"The staff has always been great here. The problem is corporate, with them cutting back hours and expecting thier employees to do more with less I know find myself waiting on average 10 minutes, sometimes longer, just to handle my business here. Used to be in and out, because they had enough people at thier locations. Since they've bought rite aid, and now seem to be copying thier failed business model, things have gone downhill. If it keeps up like this really considering switching pharmacies."

"The pharmacist, Dennis So, is awesome! Soft spoken and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to propose an alternative medication that was covered by our insurance. He essentially saved us 350$ in couple of minutes. The store itself is awesome too. Nice and bright. Well stocked and has a great variety of products. I actually travel from Manchester to visit the store."
