"This place doe not deserve a single star. Last month my doctor sent my prescription to this pharmacy, they filled it and sent it to me, I thought it was great. I got a bill on the mail and could not pay it online, I drove to the pharmacy and paid. While I was there the lady on the register was friendly and told me that I could keep using their services as they would be able to fill my prescription from now on, since CVS not always has it available. Yesterday a saw my doctor and told him to send the prescription to Springfield pharmacy. Today I got a call from Toby the pharmacist, the most rude and disrespectful person I ever encountered. He told me that he would not be able to fill it, I asked for an explanation he said I should send it to the place that has been filling it, he refused to give me anymore details and sounded really annoyed. As a nurse myself I will never treat a patient in such a dismissive manner. Now I can’t get a hold with the doctor office because it’s Friday after hours and God knows when I’m going to take the meds that I need. Do not use this place, it’s ratched and the pharmacist Toby should never been licensed to sever the public. I will be sticking with CVS."

"I usually don't bother to write review for poor services but I just had to because the male pharmacist at this pharmacy was rude from the beginning of the phone call. He was also rude when I went to the pharmacy and insulting my intelligence; I have worked in the Human Service field for over 20yrs and I felt that this person in particular did not have "any" customer service skills. I asked if he had a supervisor and he said he was the pharmacy manager. Unbelievable. I'll stay with CVS. If I could I wouldn't have given any stars."

"BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BY JOANNE THE PHARMACIST!!! We had been put through the ringer by MassHealth with endless hoops to jump through with prior authorizations and then our doc sending the prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy in a time sensitive situation. Joanne walked me through every step and called me when each step had been confirmed and resolved. She was SO NICE when I was freaking out - couldn't ask for better, more knowledgeable, professional and yet still warm and friendly staff. THANK YOU!!"
