This location and the chain altogether has gone so downhill and it's no longer a pleasant place to shop, and I actually dread the thought of having to go there to do my shopping but I'm starting to purchase from several other supermarkets and online, anything is better than dealing with Walmart!"

"I have had MVP insurance for years. It renews every May 1. I obtained prescriptions at Walmart in the past. When I went to pick up my prescriptions, they had me down as "uninsured" and wanted to charge me $149. I had my old card because my new ones for May 1st hadn't arrived yet. They said that ID number was canceled and I must be getting a new number. I got home that night and my new ID cards were in the mail WITH THE SAME ID NUMBER! I had the Dr. re-send the prescriptions to Rite Aid who filled my prescriptions...no problem...for $50."

"Service is horrible. Was put on hold for 15 minutes and had to actually call back three times until I was able to speak to someone. They refused to call my insurance company until I called first. When I told the insurance company what it concerned they were amazed the pharmacy didn't just call. My insurance company actually advised me to switch pharmacies. I will follow their advice and never use the Walmart pharmacy again."

"Brought a new prescription showed the lady my new 2016 MVP card. She checked it out and said my wait will be 20 mins. I returned and was told that I needed to show the order clerk my card again, which I did and told to return in 10 mins. After I returned the cashier told me my scrip wasn't in stock and won't be in until tomorrow......I wasted over 1/2 hour for nothing and now was left with another 20 mile round trip to pick up. Why couldn't they tell me when I first arrived."
