"After years of going to the big chain pharmacies and recently having some significant problems with Walgreens not properly filling my monthly prescriptions, I discovered the pharmacy at ShopRite. And am I ever glad I did! I shop at that store anyway and was pleasantly surprised to learn about the excellent, extended hours at which I could pick up my prescriptions-very convenient for picking up before work. I stopped by the pharmacy and spoke with the pharmacist, who happened to be Natalia, the pharmacy manager, and explained the issues that I’d experienced with Walgreens and asked about the protocol at ShopRite. Natalia was so professional and pleasant that I decided to give them a chance. From that point on I have had no problems with my prescriptions being filled on time and CORRECTLY and my insurance information is ALWAYS processed properly so there are no delays. Any changes my doctor makes are immediately acknowledged and adjusted. There’s never a wait, the staff follows Natalie’s exemplary standards of outstanding customer service and picking up my medication is no longer fraught with anxiety due to anticipation of the pharmacy staff at Walgreens botching up my doctor’s orders. I am so thankful that I no longer have to hear that my insurance is not covering my prescriptions and spending needless time on the phone verifying my coverage simply because the pharmacy chose not to do their job or entered the wrong information. Actually, I’ve discovered that ShopRite pharmacy is well equipped to handle my family’s vaccinations for a number of preventative inoculations so we can save a lot of time and money getting vaccinated so close to home! I highly recommend ShopRite pharmacy for all of your prescriptions and immunizations. Natalia, the pharmacy manager, runs an outstanding operation that is extremely thorough, accurate and customer friendly. She’s really raised the bar for pharmacies everywhere with her excellent customer service, expertise and professionalism. I don’t miss being put on hold, given the wrong information, overcharged or any of the other routine in competencies of Walgreens. We can even get many pet prescriptions filled at a huge discount-ask your vet!!!! For all these reasons, I’ll never go back to the chain pharmacies-especially Walgreens. It’s ShopRite for my family 100%. Try ShopRite once and you’ll be convinced."
