"Terrible experience. My daughter unfortunately got pink eye and we were rushing to get medicine for her. Her doctors office was closed so we used a Tele health doctor who sent the prescription to this location. We checked online to confirm it would be open. When we arrived we found out that it was closed because one of the workers called out sick and they didn't get any replacement. Since the office was closed and the doctor called it in and left a voicemail, we couldn't even go to another CVS to get the prescription filled and my daughter didn't get her medicine. Ended up having to go to an ER (which we all know is more $$$) because this CVS didn't have it together. I can personally tell you as a supervisor myself that if your employee calls out and you can't get a replacement, YOU need to go in."
