"I an pissed the pharmacy said that I couldn't fill my script till today which was lie number 1,and told me to come back Saturday at 10 am Sept 2 2023 I get there and there closed...I can't just not take my medicine very very very horrible business ppl..when Sonya was there I never had these problems when she left I should have left also..I am so angry right now also because I won't be able to get my medicine till Tuesday because of the holiday..I could get very sick not having this medicine!!!!!!!!"

"Do not order delivery from this place! I am homebound and disabled and they have repeatedly not delivered my medication on-time. They have also lied and said it was delivered when it wasn't, leading to so much unnecessary stress that has negatively impacted my health. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They do not listen or care to reflect on their mistakes or practice effective communication with their staff or patients. Places like this prove the healthcare system is broken."

"Can't keep track up their RX. Gives different price quotes to patients vs insurance co. Makes numerous attempts to over bill. Does not deliver RX on time. Does not issue the correct amount of medication. WH Pharmacy refused to deliver to my home off BPR, for my homebound mother, even though it is well within their delivery distance diameter! Have calendar packing"

"I work as a visiting nurse I pick up medications for my clients at West Haven pharmacy . It is convenient for me and I am usually in and out in less than 5 minutes . My clients and I have been satisfied with the customer service. I’m always greeted with respect every time. They also offer bubble packing for medications, making it easier for me to manage my clients’s medications. The pharmacy staff are always respectful and helpful when I visit."
