"Rude, arrogant and ignorant. What a combination. My parts were not in stock although they stated online they were. Store employee (short irritating rude one) told me I had to wait for an email before picking up parts even though I waited 2 hours before going to the store. They were helping in store customers but didn't fill my online order for 2 hours. They need to do inventory once in a while. Employee berated me in front of a father with a young child. Never going there again. Horrible experience. They wouldn't cancel my order so I could go to another store. They told me I had to do it online. I went online and this is not possible."

They can tell you what you actually need, which products are better than others, and where you can spend less or should spend more money. And they do all of this in a friendly manner so that car novices and experts alike feel comfortable talking and asking questions."
