"This place has terrible customer service!! They reserved the wrong machine for me (I asked for a wood chipper and instead they reserved a stump grinder)! They told me to come back in 4 hours because someone was returning the wood chipper I needed, and when I got there the machine was there, but I was told I couldn’t rent it because someone was coming to buy the machine later that day! I lost an entire days work because of their incompetence and never got any offer to rectify the situation. If I could, I’d give them zero stars... take your business elsewhere folks!"
