"Literally the worst store I have ever been to. Especially the pharmacy. We had a prescription filled that was supposed to be for a 60 day supply. They only gave us a 30 day supply. When we reached out to get a refill they wouldn’t couldn’t do it and refused to look into the matter and then hung up on us. We called back to speak to the pharmacist and he wasn’t any more help. We asked for him to do an inventory check to see if they were off on pills and said he couldn’t and that they could be off hundreds of pills unless it’s a controlled substance. He said the best he could do is fill the prescription and have us pay out of pocket. The pharmacist was very unprofessional and seemed as if we were bothering him. The whole team there has the worst professionalism and customer service I have ever witnessed. I spent 15 years in retail."
