"We reached out to Felice to assist us in setting up tours for a week we spent in Florence at the end of September 2023. He was outstanding from the start! He first asked what we would like to see, what cities, what areas, what specific things (wine tasting, museums, local culture, etc.). Felice then tailor-made 5 separate excursion for us - 3 private and 2 with a small group. All of the tours Felice set up for us were outstanding. All were priced appropriately and when we were all done we felt we had received outstanding value.
