"Beautiful brass hardware! Looks better in person and install was easy."
"I received the two pulls which were sample requests, and subsequently received a credit when I placed my actual order. I appreciate the ability to order samples and get reimbursed when orders are placed."
"The order was received and worked great"
"I submitted a wholesale application with this company because I had a client that fell in love with some hardware they sold-their website advertised a 24 hour turnaround on wholesale applications, so I sent them the required information (state and federal tax information) and heard nothing back. I called after a week and talked to an extremely rude girl who told me they didn’t cater to contractors, only to interior designers that had social media. I explained that previously, we had only done flip houses and had no need for social media through our company, but that we were starting to take on customers and trying to establish business relationships for hardware and furnishings. I also pointed out that contractors were a subset that I could select on their wholesale application, and nowhere did it say that they required social media and would establish relationships with interior designers only. She rudely snickered that “maybe they would get back to me next week” and it’s been 3 weeks now with no response. Thankfully I was able to order the client’s hardware elsewhere and am not still waiting on some sort of reply from the horrendous “customer service” department. Their true colors were shown and I have no doubt that any order or issue with them would be an absolute nightmare to deal with, much like becoming a wholesale partner with them!"
"Perhaps their showroom is a different story but I would not recommend purchasing any products through their website, myknobs.com. We were doing a bathroom remodel and purchased a door knob. When it was installed we discovered it was missing a piece. Contacted customer service and they said they would swap it out. The second knob was missing a piece as well. They offered to swap it out again. The issue is we're still waiting to receive this knob (it's been three months). We've attempted to figure out where the knob is but the call center has greeted us with attitude, push back, and hang up on us on a regular basis. In addition to the attitude on the call center floor, the managers aren't much better. We've spoken to a couple who have promised call backs which we have yet to receive. Today, I spoke with Ashley. Ashley has transferred me to Penny who is supposed to call me back. I will update this post with additional attempts. Penny called me back shortly after this post. (04.18.22) Will continue to update with dates until issue has been resolved."
