"The staff here is genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. Just the other day, the gentleman I spoke to patiently answered questions I had about a temporary ceiling bandaid "fix" I was considering making. He explained why I should not do it, which meant me not buying the product I went in for, but should wait to hire professionals to actually fix my problem. This kind of thing has happened before here: they give the help and advice that is best for the customer, even if it loses a sale for them. It's why I trust and like them, and patronize them before the soulless money grabbers at the "big" (in square footage, not customer service) hardware stores."
