"I am writing to express my disappointment with the store in Haverstraw. My husband and I went to inquire about some lumber to do a project we have at our home and the service was horrible from the employees they were very dismissive when we asked questions. They said the person we have to speak to was on lunch. No given time to return to speak to him or speak with anyone else. I work in customer service and my husband works in sales for hardware department and we give the utmost customer service. Clearly we weren’t given the best customer service from your entity. The representative was sitting clipping her finger nails while we asked questions and she just kept saying I don’t know instead of finding someone who could answer the questions. It saddens me to have to write to a very well known company in my town and give such a disappointing complaint. I just feel some customers should be treated alittle better when they enter an establishment. Sincerely, Mr. & Mrs. Santiago"

"Did not have the chance to catch her name however i am positive plenty know who i am referring to when i describe the rotting old lady with a gray bowl cut who think's it's okay to belittle people just because she's working a 9-5 at 60. I would be miserable too :)"

"I make a stop here because of all the positive reviews I’m in the market for new kitchen cabinets so I figure I come to get a quote. I take a walk to there showroom and go inside I walk all around the showroom I take my time to get acknowledged and I guess I’m not dress for the occasion cause I didn’t get a hello or anything ?? Yes I know they were busy with there with there 2 customers. I was a little uncomfortable that the whole time I’m walking in the store I felt my money wasn’t good enough."
