"I visited their showroom for a shower door. Mike called the next day to schedule the estimate. I received the estimate shortly after by both phone and email. About 2 weeks later installers Matt and Tom arrived early and were friendly, professional and did a great job cleaning up. Another local shower door shop still has not gotten back to me."

"We really wanted to like this business, however after having 27 windows on our house replaced we wish we had gone with a different company. Pricing was ok, slightly higher than another quote received but we wanted to support a local business. The windows themselves are good except we are still waiting on a replacement part, 3 months after bringing it to their attention. Quality of install was the letdown. We have had to have them back out and still I find myself up on a ladder caulking around windows, finding exterior gaps up to quarter inch wide. Areas of sloppy interior caulking leave us with sanding and more caulking to do ourselves. Some of our wooden window sills are bowed and/or pitted - which was discussed that they would be replaced as needed, but none were. I don’t see how these will last the 20+ year life of the vinyl windows. A piece or two of interior trim was broken and not mentioned or replaced. One window had rotted framing around it. Not sure how that was not noticed or mentioned. Multiple window screens have gaps at the top or bottom. The crew was kind, respected our house, and cleaned up after themselves. The owner, also a nice gentleman, was never out to look at the project after the initial quote."

"Needed a shower door repair on an all glass frameless design. Called the office was given a time, Max and Mac showed up as expected. Replaced hinges at a reasonable cost, we’re friendly, accommodating, and did a GREAT job! They didn’t mind getting slobbered on by a very friendly excited pup. I will certainly keep them in mind for future projects."

"I was quoted a fair price and reasonable time frame for repair. Repairman was on time and he did a extremely professional job. I watched him work and there is no way I would have been able to replace my French door window on my own. I will definitely be using their services if needed in the future."
