"We ordered extra tile just to be sure we’d have enough for our kitchen backsplash and the sales lady assured us it could be returned as long as it was a full box! When we went to return, it she changed her story. Now stuck with 2 full boxes and out some $. Buyer beware!! Tried to keep our business local but won’t continue to do so with such dishonesty."
