"the worlds most incompetent booking site. stay away from them if you want to keep your sanity. once you need to work with their „customer service outsourcing torture system“ somewhere deep down in India you will lose your mind, you will start to hurt yourself, bust to distract from the endless meaningless transfer calls where you have to repeat again and again and again and agin your problem, just to be transferred again to a person who has again no clue what your problem is … i hope with all my heart they are going bankrupt soon. the world does not deserve …. that!"

"booking.com never contacted the hotel i booked through them. i’m now stuck at the hotel lobby with no accommodation. booking.com tells me they can’t do anything other than give me suggestions of other hotels and i should make my own bookings. they also won’t pay for any difference more than $90 per day if i find anything. and of course their other suggested hotels are all booked up. basically i’m left to my own device even though i already paid booking.com confirmation number 5276721676373400500 this gets better. booking.com won’t refund me because they said they can’t cancel a booking. they said the hotel had to authorize the cancellation. but the hotel never even received the reservation so they have nothing to cancel! then they just talk in circles and 2.5 hours later, at 10:45 pm i was out of options and had to drive 2 hrs back home. for the next two days i have to make 5 hour round trips to my commitments plus waste gas and mileage. let’s see if booking.com will compensate for any of those. i arrive back home at 12:30 and see an email from the hotel to call them back. i call and they found an expedia reservation instead of booking.com reservation under my name…. i dont use expedia.... i have an email confirmation from booking.com.... the incompetence. so now i really wasted my time and fuel and mileage and general energy. being a leukemiac this is really not good. but will booking.com care? the one thing they had to do, make a booking, and they failed. and they won’t even refund. booking.com agent also hung up on me twice and never bothered to call back even though they have my number which i specifically gave to them."

"Booking Holdings which owns AGODA I have used Agoda for hotels numerous times and was happy with the service however I warn all potential customers.. DO NOT book FLIGHTS with AGODA. The payment and confirmation systems is faulty. During the payment process there was an error. I then purchased the plane ticket through the airline directly. I checked back with AGODA and the booking appeared as pending and after many emails and phone calls with agoda they still have not been able to clarify and refund the flight booking."
