"I would not recommend using Mystic Coastal Flooring. We had a bathroom vanity built and MCF did the countertop. 1. It was several weeks for them to get the job done. But I understand they are busy. 2. They subcontracted the work out to Shoreline Stone in Pawcatuck, which I was not told when we started the the project. If I would have know another company was going to do all the work, I would have just went to them in the first place. 3. When they did the install they broke the new vanity lights and did not mention it to us. I installed the light on a Sunday and the new countertop was installed on a Tuesday. 45 mins after the install my wife noticed the light was broken. At first she thought maybe it was a defective light and something happened by itself. I looked at it when I got home from work and the first thing I noticed was all the glass was cleaned up. I asked my wife if she cleaned it up and she said no. We live with two very small children so I know they did not clean it up. So, whoever broken the light cleaned it up and the only other adult that was in our house was the guy who installed the countertop. 4. I sent them an email and they said they would get back to me. They never returned my email but they did send us a bill for the install which we paid. Alycia, sent my wife an email stating her employee did not break the light and that her father tried to call me and sent me an email. The funny thing is they don't have my phone number so that's another lie and I never received an email from her father. So if you need a countertop, cut out the middleman, Mystic Coastal Flooring and call Shoreline Stone and save some money."

"I love these guys! They are a family run business. They are funny and fun to chat with. I have been having a really hard time finding the right carpet and they have a huge great selection and let me take samples home. They sent me my estimates in a timely manner. I was complaining about my dogs ruining my rugs and they gave me a free gallon of dog spray for the carpet. They are just a very nice bunch! :)"
