"I wish I could describe my disappointment. I met with Jeanette and sat for about 20 minutes. After she discovered I have an LLC return to do she passed it off to Cheryl who was supposed to price and complete the returns as I had legal matters balancing on financial disclosure. Neither of these things happened. Three weeks later I called to speak with Cheryl. Two days later I was able to track her down since she did not respond to my emails and their VM system is trash. At this time (on tax day) she told me she hadn't so much as looked at the documents yet and "she's busy". She did not realize it was a "complex" return and the best she could do is file extensions. Fast forward. Never heard from her again so I filed the extensions. It then took 2 emails to get a response from her asking when she could price and complete it. She replied "as soon as possible". That was it. Again I asked her to price it and she responded with $500 plus for the partnership return plus plus plus. Mind you, my returns are not complex. The business was just started and has no revenue. My personal returns I can do on a 1040EZ. If I wasnt in a hurry for personal reasons I would have done them myself....now...I have to do them myself anyway. I would NEVER recommend this group of under educated non-cpa "tax preparers" to anyone. What a horrible disappointment. Most especially Cheryl. At a minimum, be respectful and tell people when you are not capable. Pathetic. Truly. DO NOT USE!!!"
