"This company let me down tremendously. I relied on them for help with setting up a 401k for my small business, but the staff completed account opening forms incorrectly which then led to months of trying to rectify the issue with the 401k custodian. The issue in fact never was resolved; Compensation Planning refused to issue me any kind of refund, despite their error, and, when I asked whether there was another custodian I could use, staff mostly answered 'I don't know - we don't handle that side of it.' Considering they're experts in this field, I would have expected more helpful guidance throughout. The company was very eager to help me before I paid and quickly became unavailable and lackadaisical, once their fee was in hand."
