Coastal Concepts supplied, installed, and finished the floor, supplied and installed tile in the bathroom, and supplied and installed window treatments in the bedroom. "Called Costal Concepts to have someone come at look at my tile install job. Received call back days later. Made and appt to have someone come and measure job. Met with "measurer" as he called himself. "Measurer" told me that I would receive a communication from someone at the office concerning the quote. It has been more than two weeks and have had no communcation. Since, have hired an installer. Just spoke with the owner who supplied a very professional apology for the miscommuncations."
