"This place is horrible. The counter staff and owner are surly and provincial. You get the feeling if you don't bowl or shoot pool with one of them you are persona non grata. The lack of knowledge about the products they sell is prodigious. I regularly use their local competitor who is 40% more expensive rather than deal with these bozos"
