"I wish there were options for NO stars. I wanted to work with a local business to support the community, but John Edwards was difficult to connect with. When I finally did connect, and made a time to get together, he showed up a day early - on a holiday. I was home and not exactly prepared, but did not want to waste his time. He came into my home and took all the information for the project and took measurements and said he would e-mail me a quote. I never heard from him again - even after reaching out to him on his website. I do not recommend John Edwards Tile."
