"Called for a quote on SS/Carbon pipe and spoke with a Burt in sales! Mr Burt was extremely self centered and arrogant in telling me what my needs we’re based on his company’s inability to provide over 3,000 ft of both alloys in question along with restocking issues the company may face. I mentioned to Burt it is possible for me to source from multiple vendors negating the ability to provide all materials in question! After being patient with him I asserted myself respectfully to needs per my contractual requirements and request for a quote which he elevated an already disgusting attitude then hung up on me. I’m in the OG&C business going on 27yrs with world class GC’s involved in 2 of the newest Nuclear Power and LNG Construction projects to date as management. The level of incompetence and disrespect displayed by Mr Burt is way beyond what is anticipated working in “construction”. The attitude displayed by this employee reflects on the type of establishment he’s employed at."
