"I used to going to this place for their KapowDuck as it tasted really well. I brought two-digits of friends along to try the duck, all of them were satisfied and brought their friends as well. However, I am disappointed for the recent two experiences and I would say the kapow duck is something I wouldn't give a single try in the future. A few noticeable reasons - Apparently they changed the breading and the crust isn't that crispy anymore - Duck is overfried, which means it's less juicy - this bullet might relate to the first one as if you do less breading then you should adjust the time of frying - Sauce gets much thinner than it was in the past 1.5 years, it acutally feels like soup, not sauce, so less flavoraful - Somehow sauce is a bit bitter One thing that isn't related to the quality of food but really surprised me is they charged $2 for my request adding more bell pepper to the duck per plate while did not let me know upfront, and sadly did not see that Extra pepper in my plate. Anything else was fine and this comment only reflects the qualifty of their fried duck"
