"This place is awful. They butchered my pets hair and then tried to blame me for it. On top of that I specifically told them not to clip the nails and that I would do it before I brought him in, which I did! But they did it anyways on top of what i did which was already very short so when they did it, it was probably SO painful for him. When i picked him up his finger nails were ALL bloody, every single one. This place is horrible. Brought him here because of the good reviews but KEEP YOUR PET AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."

"I’ve used Poochie Couture services for 4 years now. This was our last visit. There prices goes up but they don’t make it aware until after grooming. My dog was returned to me with nicks on his face. They usually do an excellent job. Not this visit. Half of my dog’s hind was shaved. Very disappointing ☹️"
